today was the official handover. a little boring but the formality instills the seriousness in the handover. it wasnt much of a fun thing as explained by the juniors. it seems like there is another handover, but more of a farewell like. Probably expected by many of us, Ali is now the official capt with ppc and huiyi as the wings. well, the result of cos wasnt pleasing. but somehow i went with the unpopular decision due to the future consequences predicted by 3 of us and Mr hafiz. i certainly believe there is more to improve for Ali in terms of teamwork and relationships. one of them got a little work up. to you, i share the same feelings as you. but our actions and words have to show maturity in order to get people to believe. i would say, start everything from anew, give each other a chance. no point holding tight to the mistakes of others, making urself so miserable. after all, it would only make others think badly of u. lovvvess..


and after listening to the jc2, i took back some of the advices. heres the sum up:

there may be things which we often drag our feet in doing them,
find ur passion n fun in doing those things. then u will learn how to enjoy and not procrastinate.
and as u doing it, put in ur heart and soul, therefore, a 100% effort. if u're not sure of the results, put in another 1% to assure it. work hard and play hard. balance these two aspects and u can go far. do not only look at the results but at the processes as well. becos valuable skills and qualities can be taken from there. run fast is one thing but run far is definitely an impt thing. don burn urself out. perservere and get disciplined. do not step out becos of the pain and discomfort. have positive mindset. success is not an overnight effort, it takes years to cultivate.
